About Tanasi

Tanasi was created to support humans who want more from their healthcare and wellness experience. More clarity, more compassion, and more support that honors the whole person.

We believe health is not just about managing symptoms or following rigid rules. It’s about understanding your body, feeling informed in medical spaces, and having the tools to care for yourself through every stage of life, especially during pregnancy and postpartum.

At Tanasi, we take a holistic, person-centered approach that integrates nutrition, movement, mental well-being, and advocacy. Our work is grounded in the understanding that healthcare can feel overwhelming, fragmented, and inaccessible, and that no one should have to navigate it alone.

Tanasi’s mission is to help clients create whole lives through balanced nutrition, supportive movement, and integrated wellbeing.

We believe health is not something to optimize in isolation, but something that should support the way you live, rest, work, connect, and care for yourself. Our work focuses on cultivating sustainable habits that nourish the body, support mental and emotional well-being, and evolve in tandem with each stage of life.

Through education, personalized guidance, and advocacy, Tanasi supports clients in developing a relationship with their health that feels balanced, informed, and aligned. We focus on building habits that support healthy, long lives and reduce reliance on reactive, traditional healthcare by prioritizing prevention, self-trust, and whole-person care.

Meet our Founder

Abigale is the founder of Tanasi and brings a unique blend of clinical experience, holistic training, and deep compassion to her work.

She is a registered nurse specializing in women’s health, a certified health coach, and a certified personal trainer. Through her nursing career, Abigale witnessed firsthand how often individuals feel unheard, rushed, or unsupported within the healthcare system, particularly during pregnancy, postpartum, and other vulnerable life transitions.

Seeking to offer more comprehensive, whole-person support, Abigale expanded her education beyond traditional clinical care. Her work now bridges the gap between medical knowledge and everyday lived experience, helping clients understand their options, reconnect with their bodies, and feel empowered in their health decisions.

Abigale believes that true wellness is created through the integration of physical, emotional, and mental health and that everyone deserves an advocate and partner in their care. Her approach blends evidence-informed guidance with empathy, education, and practical tools that support lasting change.
